![]() ![]() ![]() Once a damage buff pops up, the player with Blink Explosion would collect the buff, the other player would take off all armor and summon a monster, and the first player would hit the monster with Blink Explosion. ^Theoretically, two people could go into a Vault Guardian fight with PvP enabled, bringing along some monsters with elemental weaknesses inside Capture Pods. In a "standard" Vault Guardian fight, you will only be able to get a maximum damage of 9,142.224 if the enemies do not resist your weapon's element. Once all damage bonuses have been applied, this damage rises to 13,713.336 against monsters with a weakness to your weapon's element however, since none of the monsters in the Vault Guardian fight have elemental weaknesses of any kind, actually attaining this damage value takes some creativity^. The Blink Explosion's explosion has a tier 1 base damage value of 28. Your target has a weakness to the element possessed by your weapon (1.5x damage).Your target does not have any damage reduction at all.You are benefiting from a damage boost given by a buff zone specific to some Vault Guardians (10x damage).You are benefiting from a damage boost given by either an orange chemist or a Kluex Zone (1.3x damage).You are benefiting from a food-based damage boost (1.2x damage).You are wearing either Solarium-tier Manipulator armor, Perfect armor, or a combination (4.6x damage).You are wearing an EPP with Damage Augment III slotted inside (1.3x damage).The weapon with the Blink Explosion ability is a tier 6 weapon (3.5x damage).I've done a little more research, and I've found something that theoretically does even more damage than an Energy Javelin: the Blink Explosion ability's explosion under the following conditions: ![]()
